To start offering your skills as an IT, Design, or Marketing company, begin with registration and filling out your profile on our platform. Provide details about your and your company's expertise, previous projects, and the specific skills your company brings to the community. We'll guide you through a two-step verification process, which will include documents and interview verification, to ensure the safety and trustworthiness of our platform.
Once verified, you're ready to explore a wide range of projects tailored to your company focus.
As soon as you find a project that aligns with your skills and expertise on your personal dashboard, your company representatives have the opportunity to submit a proposal to the client.
Your company cover letter is your chance to make a strong first impression. Highlight your team' understanding of the project, your experience, and ask for further discovery.
When a customer is interested, they will initiate a conversation with one click.
Once you are ready with project investigation, your company representatives can send an Estimate document for the customer's review.
Estimates are the most important part of every project on GetTrusted. Each project can have one or more Estimates, each might have its own currency.
Every Estimate contains full information about deliverables, budget and budget +/- range, timeline, Escrow funding amount, and payout terms such as milestones or recurring payments.
This ensures the client has a clear understanding of what they will receive upon project completion and how the payment process will be performed.
Once the Estimate is accepted and Escrow funded, your team can start working, and our team will assist you with project management and quality checks of the delivery processes.
When deliverables are met, or a recurring payment should be done by the customer, your company representative needs to send a payout request. If the customer hasn't submitted any objections, you will receive funds from the Escrow shortly. When you need the customer to top-up the Escrow, simply create a top-up request.
In case of objections, our technical team will join the project management team to help resolve the issue, based on the deliverables and conditions outlined in the Estimate. If your company delivered quality work within deadlines and met deliverables and budget, rest assured, we will always support your side. Even in the face of objections coming in — a scenario that's extremely rare.
