Post Your Project and Review Applications
Once your Project is posted, you’ll receive bids from our talented Service Providers. Take your time to review their profiles, previous work, and ratings. Feel free to chat with them to discuss your project in detail and review their Estimates. When you’re ready, select the Service Provider that best fits your needs. 

Estimate and Agreement
Select the Estimate that best fits your needs, ensuring it aligns with both your budget and Project goals. The chosen Estimate provides a clear outline of the Project’s scope, budget, and timeline, ensuring both parties have a shared understanding.

Escrow Payment and Invoice
An Escrow Payment, a preliminary deposit into an Escrow account, is required to initiate the Project. This payment signifies your commitment and secures financial protection for the Service Provider. Upon approving the Estimate, an invoice is generated, detailing payment information and terms. This invoice acts as a unique identifier for your Project and the collaboration between you, GetTrusted, and the Service Provider. Making a payment based on the Estimate is straightforward. However, it’s important to ensure your Billing Profile is complete. Once that’s set, simply click on ‘Proceed Payment’ and follow the given steps to finalize the transaction. This process not only initiates your Project but also cements the trust and agreement between all involved parties.

Launch Your Project
Once the invoice is paid, both you and the Service Provider will receive notifications, marking the commencement of your Project. Project delivery starts immediately following this acknowledgment, setting the stage for successful collaboration.

Throughout your project, our Project Management and Customer Success team is available to offer assistance. Whether you need help selecting a Service Provider, understanding an Estimate, or have any other technical queries, our team is here to support you. They ensure your Project stays on track and can step in as mediators if any issues arise.

Communication
With GetTrusted, you can easily communicate and collaborate with your Service Provider using our built-in chat to share files, provide feedback, and keep track of progress. We’re all about making your experience seamless and productive.
