At GetTrusted, we understand the importance of smooth financial transactions in fostering trust and efficiency within our platform. To facilitate this, we offer two critical financial features for our users: ‘Request Payout’ and ‘Request Top Up’. These features are designed to ensure that Service Providers can manage their earnings and Project funds effectively while keeping Clients informed and engaged in the financial aspects of their Projects.  

Request Payout
When Service Providers complete a task or achieve a milestone, they are entitled to initiate a Payout Request. This process is fundamental as it initiates the transfer of the earned funds to their preferred bank account or payment method. Upon initiation of a payout request, GetTrusted sends a notification to the Client via email and also updates the Client’s dashboard. This dual-notification system keeps Clients up-to-date with the financial transactions associated with their Projects.

The payment process is designed to be automatic under standard conditions, requiring no additional action from the Client. This efficiency ensures a transfer of funds and minimizes the need for manual intervention. Client has 10 working days to submit any requests or objections. If nothing is submitted within this timeframe, the payout will be automatically approved, and payment processing will take effect. 

Request Top Up
The Request Top Up feature is a proactive tool for Service Providers to request additional funds, ensuring there’s sufficient budget for ongoing project expenses or upcoming payments. This feature helps maintain financial stability and project continuity. When a Service Provider requests a Top Up, the Client is notified via email and through a dashboard update, ensuring transparency and timely communication.

Upon agreeing to the Top Up request, the Client can review the details and proceed with the payment, reinforcing the collaborative and transparent nature of the platform’s financial transactions.
After payment, the Client receives email and dashboard notifications confirming the Escrow Payment has been received.
