First, make your way to GetTrusted.io and click on the ‘Register Account’ button you’ll find at the top right corner. We’ll ask for some basic information like your name, email address, and a secure password. Once you pass this we will send your email.

Personalize Your Profile
After the initial setup, you’ll be directed to your Client dashboard, where the world of opportunities on our platform unfolds before you. Now, let’s personalize your profile. Fill in some basic information such as your name, address, photo, phone number, preferred language and time zone, email, company details, role, and VAT ID. This information is crucial as it helps freelancers understand who they are collaborating with.

Verify Your Account
After adding your general information, you’ll move on to the online verification process, which is quick and straightforward. Firstly, verify your phone number, and then complete a liveness check. It takes only a few minutes. Once you complete the KYC procedure, your Profile status will be updated to ‘Completed’. On rare occasions, we might ask for additional verification (like ID/Address Verification) to ensure the authenticity of our platform’s users. Completing this step grants you access to post your first Project.

Set Up Your Billing Profile
Here’s an important part – setting up your Billing Profile. This is where you’ll input your billing information, like your company’s legal name, billing address, and tax ID. You can also add your preferred payment methods here, whether it’s a credit card or bank transfer. Don’t worry, our platform ensures all transactions are secure and straightforward.
