Starting with Estimation
Your journey begins with an Estimate document, carefully prepared by Service Providers. This document is a detailed plan of your Project, covering the scope, timeline, and costs. As a Client on GetTrusted, you play a crucial role in reviewing and approving this Estimate, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your expectations and budget.

Viewing and Managing Invoices
In your dashboard’s ‘Billing’ section, you can easily manage and view your invoices. This area provides a comprehensive record of all transactions, including details on payments, project titles, and dates. To generate these invoices, we require a Billing Profile, which captures essential information like your address, VAT number, and other key details, facilitating a smooth invoicing process from GetTrusted to you.

Payment Methods
Once you approve the Estimation, we handle the invoicing, maintaining transparency and security throughout the financial transactions. Payment will be made directly to GetTrusted, and you can choose between Bank Transfer or Credit Card payment methods. While some options might incur fees, bank transfers typically offer a fee-free choice, optimizing cost-effectiveness. Upon completion of the transfer, you will receive a notification, and the payment details will be reflected in your Estimate document.

Secure Payment System
Our Escrow-like system safeguards your funds, releasing payments to Service Providers only after they meet project milestones or follow the agreed payment schedule. This approach not only protects your investment but also ensures you pay for satisfactory results.
