As a service provider on GetTrusted, it’s crucial to understand the platform’s fee structure. This knowledge helps you manage your earnings and expectations effectively. Here, we’ll detail the fee structure, so you’re fully informed about how fees work on GetTrusted.
Commission Fees
For the first six months of a project, GetTrusted takes a 10% commission on the project fee. This period is crucial for establishing a strong working relationship under the platform’s supervision. After the initial six months and up to one year, the commission fee is reduced to 5%. This reduction is a part of our commitment to support your growing relationship with the client. One year after the project start date, a 2% commission can be optionally paid if both parties wish to continue under GetTrusted’s technical and Project Management supervision. This is an optional service for those who value the continued support and oversight of GetTrusted.
Direct Relations and Contracts
For the first year of the Project, direct relations and payments between the Client and Service Provider outside of GetTrusted are not allowed and will be penalized if discovered. After one year, Clients and Service Providers have the option to continue their project via GetTrusted or to establish direct relations and contracts.
Exclusions from Commission
We do not take a commission on payments made for infrastructure purposes, such as money transfers for purchasing hosting or digital materials from third parties. For example, if a digital agency charges $5,000 for their services and $10,000 for buying links and content, the commission will only be charged on the $5,000 service fee.
If a Client opts for full protection on the total amount (e.g., $15,000 in the given example), then the commission will be applied to the full amount.
