Stay in constant communication, whether through Slack, Zoom. Remember, it's not just about what the client wants, but also about designing for real people. Get them involved in the research and testing to ensure everyone's happy.
And after the project wraps up, kick back with your client over a cup of coffee (or a virtual one) to chat about what went well, what could've been better, and maybe even brainstorm some cool ideas for the future.
