GetTrusted Escrow GmbH has always preferred to resolve business and legal matters in a professional and confidential manner, through established legal channels. Our initial course of action was to rely exclusively on our legal representatives to address and prevent the unauthorized use of our brand.

The situation, however, has fundamentally changed. We have received direct, in-person information regarding attempts to raise multi-million seed investments under the “GetTrusted” name. This activity goes far beyond trademark infringement. It constitutes a serious misrepresentation to the investment community and poses the risk of significant financial harm.

Given the gravity of these developments, we consider it our duty to act publicly. This step is necessary not only to safeguard the reputation and intellectual property of GetTrusted Escrow GmbH, but also to protect venture funds, institutional partners, and individual investors from potential fraud.

Furthermore, the content presented by this organization LastID, including videos and conceptual ideas, may create the impression for visitors that their activities are closely related to our own patented technologies and proprietary hardware devices and software. This approach further intensifies market confusion and misleads the public about the origin of the technology; especially in such a special field where GetTrusted Escrow GmbH operates – state security and defense.

Moreover, this unauthorized use of our brand has already led to direct confusion in the investment market. Our company, GetTrusted Escrow GmbH, has been contacted by representatives of major venture capital funds from the United States who were under the impression that they were conducting due diligence on LastID, which was presenting itself as “GetTrusted”. This is direct evidence that our name and reputation are potentially being used in attempts to raise funds under our brand.
