The Capability Stack
Eight layers. Nothing to produce.
Hierophant for corporate communications is not an encrypted messaging app. It is a protocol-level architecture that eliminates the records, identifiers, and infrastructure that create legal and intelligence exposure in the first place.
01
Zero-Knowledge Protocol
Mathematical proof structure that eliminates the existence of communication links. No accounts, logins, or sessions are created at any layer of the stack. No record exists to produce under legal process, because no record was ever generated.
ZK · No Sessions · No Logins
02
Post-Quantum E2EE
NIST post-quantum encryption from the protocol layer up — not retrofitted onto legacy crypto. Zero custom cryptography.
NIST PQC · Forward Secrecy
03
Non-IP Private Network
Corporate communications routed over a sovereign non-IP network stack operating entirely outside the Internet protocol suite. No TCP/IP means no IP-layer attack surface, no network scanning, no IP-level traffic monitoring. The communications channel is invisible to infrastructure that only understands standard routing.
Non-IP · Sovereign Stack · No TCP/IP
04
Zero Metadata Frame
Packets carry no sender or receiver identifiers, no timestamps, no session tokens. All packets maintain identical length — small messages padded with cryptographically indistinguishable data. Communication graph reconstruction and traffic analysis are architecturally impossible.
Zero Metadata · Fixed-Length Packets
05
Hardware Security Modules
Austrian-manufactured, OS-free hardware devices. No browser, no app store, no operating system vulnerabilities. The full protocol stack runs on bare metal with EU supply chain components. The trust surface is reduced to hardware — not software, not cloud, not a vendor's security posture.
OS-Free · Bare-Metal · EU Hardware
06
Phantom Traffic & Mimicry
Constant decoy traffic — cryptographically indistinguishable from real packets in size and timing — creates a noise floor that makes real communications invisible to external analysis. Hierophant traffic can additionally mimic normal internet browsing activity, hiding the existence of secure corporate channels.
Phantom Packets · Traffic Masking
07
Sovereign On-Premise Infrastructure
Communications routed through enterprise-owned relay infrastructure — zero third-party cloud dependencies. Full corporate ownership of devices, relay nodes, key material, and network topology. Stateless relays hold no session state. No foreign jurisdiction has a compellable access point.
On-Premise · 100% Owned · Stateless
08
Anonymous Fleet Updates
Update servers do not know which devices connect, their software versions, or locations. Enables covert management of corporate device fleets without revealing endpoint inventory, patch status, or operational scope to adversaries — or to the update infrastructure itself.
Anonymous Updates · No Version Metadata
