Project Hierophant is the real-world implementation of this protocol, combining client applications, hardware modules, relays (if needed), and deployment options from software to bare-metal, from On-Premises to hybrid SaaS.

Hierophant does not attempt to invent new cryptography — it is built on well-established, standardized cryptographic building blocks.

It implements NIST-approved and certified algorithms and industry standards like AES, Kyber, SHA-3, and HKDF.

By combining these proven tools into a new protocol design, Hierophant achieves a level of anonymity, resilience, and independence unmatched by traditional secure messaging systems.
